Creamy French Dressing

I am just going to say it:  Homemade salad dressing is so much better than the bottled stuff that I would make it even if it did cost more…and sometimes it does when there is a sale and coupons that make the bottled stuff almost free.

When you make it yourself, you have more control over what ingredients go in the dressing compared to when you just buy a bottle of dressing.  You can adapt it to your specific tastes and types and amount of ingredients.

French dressing has been a favorite of mine since childhood.  I like both the creamy and non-creamy versions.  This recipe just happens to be creamy.
