If you like Po’-Boys and are near Huntsville, Alabama, then I suggest you try the Po-Boy Factory.

They had a good variety of choices of Po-boys including shrimp, craw fish, oysters, and catfish. In fact, you can even get a combination of any of the two I just mentioned on one sandwich. I had the shrimp and crawfish and it was very yummy.
There are other Po-Boys available even if you do not want seafood.
The red beans and rice were also very delicious, but a little spicy for my daughter and me, but it was very delicious (Yes, I know the normal person says it is not spicy, but I am delicate?)
The prices were very good. In fact, it was the cheapest Po-Boy I have seen on a menu in years.
The restaurant had good atmosphere and friendly service. They were busy. They had regular customers. All the food looked good. These are all important signs of a good place to eat in my book.
