Orange Cream Gelatin Dessert is an easy dessert that you can make from a few items in the pantry and freezer at any time of the year. It works well for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mother's Day, bridal or baby showers, etc. It is sweet and rich, yet somehow also seems light and refreshing. Mandarin Orange Cake
A delicious, easy cake that is a great summertime treat is a Mandarin orange cake with its light, creamy pineapple frosting. Yum!
Even when you don’t stir the Mandarin oranges enough to break them up and they sink to the bottom of the cake, the cake is still very good. Although, it is harder to tell by looking that the cake contains Mandarin oranges as exemplified below. (What? Of course I did it on purpose to show you what could happen….lol.)
