Orange Cream Gelatin Dessert is an easy dessert that you can make from a few items in the pantry and freezer at any time of the year. It works well for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mother's Day, bridal or baby showers, etc. It is sweet and rich, yet somehow also seems light and refreshing. Pumpkin Dip

An easy dip for a fall or holiday gathering is this pumpkin dip. It just takes a couple of minutes to mix together and is ready to serve after it chills. It is simple and delicious.
Pumpkin Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 15 oz. pumpkin puree, canned or freshly made
- 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice blend
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Instructions
- Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar together with a mixer in a large/mixer bowl.
- Beat in pumpkin and spices until smooth.
- Serve with graham crackers, gingersnaps, apple slices, etc.
- Makes approx. 3 1/2 cups.
