Roasted Cauliflower
My mom was a great cook; however, her boiled cauliflower with butter was not very tasty. She rarely served it with cheese sauce (the only way I could get my husband to agree to eat it for a while) thus, I preferred to eat it raw.
I wish my mom had known about roasting cauliflower. In my opinion, it is much tastier than Mom’s boiling method.
It is also very easy to make and season to suit your mood. You can make it with just a little salt or add many different spices to change it up. Possible seasonings include: hot paprika, Chinese five spice, Adobo seasoning, cinnamon and nutmeg, turmeric, cardamon, curry blend, etc. Just add the seasoning to taste to the cauliflower prior to cooking.

I really like the sound of this recipe think I will try it with some Mesquite seasoning and also with Ranch Dressing powder mix.
That sounds good! Let me know how it turns out.
